Heretics Fork are a solo project from Earth, Texas that plays a mixture of harsh noise and cybergrind and this is a review of his self released 2017 ep "Blasphemy".
Spoken word samples start off the ep before going into a heavier direction which also brings in elements of harsh noise and electronic music while most of the tracks are very short in length and after awhile spoken word parts and death metal growls as well as some grindcore screams are added onto the recording and blast beats are also used briefly.
Heretics Fork plays a musical style that takes grindcore, harsh noise and electronic music and mixes them together to create his own style of 'cybergrind', the production sounds very dark and raw while the lyrics cover humorous themes.
In my opinion Heretics Fork are a very great sounding mixture of electronic music, harsh noise and grindcore and if you are a fan of those musical genres, you should check out this solo project. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "100 Corpses Litter The Floor" and "Blasphemy". 8 out of 10.
