Twist Ending are a band from the United States that plays a mixture of death metal, grindcore, noise and punk and this is a review of their 2014 demo which was released by No Visible Scars.
Italian horror movie samples start off the demo and after a couple of minutes the music goes for more of an old school death metal sound that is heavily rooted in the mid 80's and also has an early grindcore feeling and high pitched screams and after awhile the music speeds up a bit and incorporates blast beats.
You can hear a decent mixture of slow, mid paced and fast parts throughout the recording along with some melodies and all of the musical instruments having a very powerful sound to them and they also mix the horror movie samples in with the heavier parts and on the other tracks the music starts adding in elements of noisecore and crust punk into certain sections of the recording.
Twist Ending plays a style of death metal that is very heavily rooted in the mid 80's but also mixes in element s of grind, noise and punk along with a great amount of Italian horror movie samples to create a sound of their own, the production sounds very old school yet professional at the same time while the lyrics cover horror, gore, darkness and evil themes.

In my opinion Twist Ending are a very great sounding mixture of death metal, grind, noise and punk and if you are a fan of those musical genres, you should check out this band. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Shadow in The Gallery" and "Evil Iris, Summoner Of Misery". 8 out of 10.
